Associate or Technical Director - Civil InfrastructureReferenceCG324SectorCivil & Structural Engineering, Transport Infrastructure((BST: 8:00 - 18:00 (Mon/Thurs) 8:00 - 16:00 (Fri)))Access Talent Group are currently recruiting for a well-established medium sized consultancy looking for an Associate Director or Technical Director in the Infrastructure sector.This consultancy requires an experienced leader due to an expanding workload. The role will involve leading an established team in delivering highways and infrastructure schemes in both public and private sectors, including regeneration schemes, development infrastructure, local authority frameworks, national highways, and projects for private developers. Our client is currently working on three large award-winning mixed‑use developments and maintains sustainable urban regeneration schemes across London and surrounding areas.Your responsibilities will be to oversee the development and delivery of projects, manage an existing client base whilst growing and developing new relationships. The incumbent should have business development experience, tender writing and a proven record of winning work.ResponsibilitiesOversee the development and delivery of projectsManage an existing client base and develop new relationshipsGenerate new business and networkClient management and liaison with clients, local authorities, statutory bodies and other third parties, including external design team membersCarry out, review and check technical agreements including S278 and S38 agreementsWrite project and technical reports and communicate effectivelySupervise and guide your team and other junior teamsWork to deadlines, within budget and to programmeAct as the discipline lead for larger framework projectsSupport the leading Directors in the management of the officeQualificationsIncorporated or Chartered EngineerMulti‑disciplinary project and team management skillsExperience in client managementExperience of working within project teamsBenefitsCompetitive salary + car allowanceDiscretionary bonusHybrid working arrangement – 3 days a week in the office37.5 hours a week26 days annual leave plus bank holidaysIf you are a driven Associate Director or established Technical Director looking to join an exciting medium‑sized consultancy, this is the role for you Please contact Cameron Green on 02380 981322 or email Cameron.Green@accesstg.com. #J-18808-Ljbffr
