Associate Director

A Cost and Project Management consultancy with a laid-back culture are seeking an Associate Director from Quantity Surveying background to join their London office which is a short distance from London Cannon Street.
The successful Associate Director will be joining a technically strong, personable Quantity Surveying team of 10+ who have an array of retail and education projects at the forefront of their pipeline.
**The Associate Director's Role**
The Director is seeking an Associate Director who is technically strong, an allrounder as their current Quantity Surveyors carry out a bit of PM and EA on certain projects.
An exciting opportunity for an Associate Director with Director/Partner potentially, looking to be part of a national, medium size consultancy who offer something different and have a drive for expansion and growth.
**The Associate Director**
- Chartered/MRICS/FRICS preferred, not essential
- Education or retail project experience would be beneficial
- Quantity Surveying, UK consultancy experience
- Director level ambition
- Client facing
- Team player
- Excellent pre and post contract experience
**In Return?**
