Position : This is a rare management opportunity for an established technical architect at associate director or entry director level. Reporting to CEO and Managing Director you will play a key role in the strategic technical oversight ensuring adherence to regulatory, contractual and quality standards, striving for technical excellence and promoting best practices. You will be be hands on overseeing large teams on a complex high quality and very significant housing scheme coordinating with contractor and consultant teams ensuring they are on programme and budget and mitigating risk throughout project delivery. As a senior leader you will act as a mentor to others, spearheading knowledge sharing and inspiring success in others. Candidate : The successful candidate will be an ARB registered Architect (or equivalent) with 10-15+ years of post-qualification experience, heavily focused on technical leadership.
