Customer Care Coordinator - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract £25,000 - £30,000 per annum Witham, Essex Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm Are you a people person with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? Your Role: Responding promptly to customer queries via phone, email, and chat Scheduling the relevant contractor based on details provided by the customer Resolving customer complaints with a positive attitude and swift solutions Collaborating with various teams to enhance the overall customer experience Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and feedback Participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve their service What Our Client is Looking For: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written A warm, friendly demeanor that puts customers at ease Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach The ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus A genuine enthusiasm for helping others Why Join Them?
