Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm

Your Role:

Responding promptly to customer queries via phone, email, and chat
Scheduling the relevant contractor based of details provided by the customer
Resolving customer complaints with a positive attitude and swift solutions
Collaborating with various teams to enhance the overall customer experience
Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and feedback
Participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve their serviceWhat Our Client is Looking For:

Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
