AboutOur client, an independent surfacing contractor, is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join their growing team. The business delivers high-quality projects nationwide, working with clients across a wide range of sectors throughout the UK.Role DescriptionDrive organic business growth and strengthen relationships with existing key clients in the asphalt surfacing sector.Identify new clients and opportunities to grow market share.Identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction through strategic planning and exceptional service delivery.Building those long-term and meaningful partnerships with contractors, developers, and other stakeholders to drive revenue and expand market presence.Prepare and submit all required documentation for tenders and bids, including quality submissions, certifications, and insurance details, while maintaining records of shared materials for future reference.Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to ensure a competitive edge and position the company effectively.Attend client meetings when needed, actively participating in discussions and fostering strong partnershipsKey Skills NeededExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities.Problem-Solving SkillsSales and Bid Management understandingBenefits£30-40k plus uncapped commission (double OTE)Real career growth opportunities within a leading company.Buy and sell annual leave scheme plus further comprehensive benefits. #J-18808-Ljbffr
