Although bsport has a strong foothold here, the UK market faces intense competition from European and American companies, making it an exciting environment for those who thrive on challenges and are eager to grow. This is the perfect market to sharpen your sales skills and learn what it takes to succeed in a high‑stakes, fast‑paced environment. As part of this team, you’ll join a young, dynamic network of driven professionals who are deeply committed to excellence, collaboration, and sustained growth. As an SDR, you have the chance to advance through levels—from Junior SDR to Confirmed SDR, and then to Senior SDR—all within the span of a year. With each progression, you gain more responsibility, increase your influence, and have a direct impact on your bonus structure. After reaching Senior SDR, there are exciting opportunities to grow into roles like Junior AE or Team Leader SDR. What will be your impact Prospect accounts and identify potential new revenue segments for your region by researching and analyzing market opportunities. Conduct targeted email outreach to engage prospects and spark interest in bsport’s solutions. Cold call potential clients to introduce bsport and qualify leads based on their needs. Use LinkedIn and Instagram to connect with key decision‑makers, start conversations and drive interest. Leverage video and other media outreach methods to personalize communication and increase engagement with prospects. Qualifications A degree (Bachelor’s or higher). Have at least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or similar client‑facing roles, ideally in a high‑growth or startup environment. English native speaker. Enjoy taking initiative and achieving results in a fast‑paced environment 💪. Thrive on challenges and are eager to develop your skills in a dynamic market. Can work independently while contributing to a strong team spirit and collaboration. Are organized, precise, and demonstrate excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms. Have a creative mindset: creative people share ideas, suggest solutions, and are not afraid to innovate 🚀. Comfortable with digital tools and sales software (CRM, LinkedIn, Email platforms, etc.).
