The Role As Home Manager, you’ll take the lead in overseeing all aspects of the home’s operations, ensuring the highest standards of clinical, operational, and financial performance. You’ll inspire and motivate your team, drive continuous improvement, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment for residents and staff alike. Key Responsibilities Managing all aspects of the home’s operation including care delivery, budgets, staffing, and compliance Leading and developing the care team to deliver person‑centred, high‑quality care Ensuring full compliance with CQC standards and regulations Overseeing Health & Safety, safeguarding, and infection control practices Building positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders Identifying and implementing service improvements to maintain and exceed quality standards Acting as the Registered Manager and promoting a culture of accountability, excellence, and compassion About You You’ll be an accomplished care leader with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding care and a proven ability to manage complex clinical needs. You Will Have A Nursing Qualification (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) with valid NMC registration Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a nursing or complex care setting Strong understanding of clinical risk management, safeguarding, and infection control Experience managing complex care needs such as PEG feeding, tracheostomy care, epilepsy, dementia, or neuro‑disability Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills What's on Offer Full‑time permanent role, 40 hours per week Salary: £55,000 per annum Good CQC rating; join a stable, high‑performing service Support from a well‑established care group with excellent reputation Ongoing professional development and leadership support A genuinely rewarding role making a difference in residents’ lives If you’re a skilled Home Manager who leads by example and is passionate about providing high‑quality care, we’d love to hear from you.
