Hybrid location; working from home and one of our regional offices in North East or North West.
Permanent, Full time 37.5 hours per week

We’re looking for a Retrofit Manager to join us on our environmental sustainability journey. You’ll design and deliver programmes which decarbonise our housing stock, ensuring more sustainable healthy homes for our customers and communities and assist in makingHome Group a more sustainable organisation.
You’ll play a pivotal role in helping us to meet our sustainability objectives and programs and deliver warmer homes, through designing, managing, and delivering retrofit projects and sourcing external funding opportunities.
Environmental sustainability is a huge area of focus, from achieving Net Zero to helping design and deliver environmental projects and programmes so you will need to be a collaborative worker, keen to embrace the sustainability challenge.

**About you**
You’ll be a great influencer, with the ability to effect change among customers, colleagues, and suppliers. You’ll hold a relevant degree and/or have substantial experience of working in construction or relevant sector experience. You’ll have knowledge of thesocial housing sustainability challenges and standards, including Decent Home Standard and Energy Efficiency Standard for Social Housing (EESSH).
Here at Home Group we have invested heavily in our future and use current and up to date equipment and have a digital first agenda. You’ll be issued with the latest kit, which could include a Surface Pro and mobile. So, it's important to us that you are technologicallysavvy (or at the very least not a technophobe)
