Early Years Practitioner - South Croydon
Full Time | ASAP or January Start | Long Term & Permanent Options

I am working with a well-regarded early years setting in South Croydon who are looking to appoint a full-time Early Years Practitioner. This is a great opportunity to join a warm, supportive team with opportunities to work across the Preschool, Toddler and Baby Rooms. The setting places a strong emphasis on high-quality early learning, children's wellbeing and positive relationships with families.

Role Details:

Full-time role, Monday to Friday

ASAP or January start available

Long-term position with the option to progress into a permanent role

Work across Preschool, Toddler and Baby Rooms depending on need

Support children's learning through play, planned activities and meaningful interactions

Contribute to observations, assessments and daily routines

Engage positively with parents, carers and the wider team

Requirements:

Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years (essential for DfE ratios)

Experience in an EYFS environment with a good understanding of development milestones

Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships

A warm, nurturing approach and commitment to children's safety and wellbeing

Reliable, proactive and able to commit long term
