Responsibilities Conduct technical reviews of customer orders Liaise with customers to resolve queries Perform general administrative duties to support the team Support the technical testing department, ensuring all tensile, Charpy and other mechanical test data is accurately recorded, filed and reported Assist in preparing and reviewing test certificates, maintaining compliance with relevant testing standards and procedures (e.g. ISO, BS EN) Previous experience in a similar role within a materials testing, steel, or manufacturing environment is essential, with a solid understanding of tensile and Charpy testing processes.
