This is a key role in maintaining a safe, secure, and well‑managed environment for pupils, staff, and visitors. Key Responsibilities Oversee site maintenance, security, and Health & Safety compliance. Manage and implement Health & Safety policies and procedures. Review, assess, and produce Risk Assessments (including COSHH and Fire Risk Assessments). Supervise a small team and liaise effectively with senior leadership, staff, contractors, and the Local Authority. Carry out practical repairs and maintenance as required. Ideal Candidate Background in building/site maintenance and management. Experience implementing Health & Safety policies and procedures. Health & Safety qualifications (training can be provided if required). IT literate with strong communication skills. Hands‑on experience with tools and general maintenance.
