CAMHS Nursing Executive is searching for a dedicated Matron to join our Directorate Leadership team and be at the heart of our children and adolescent mental health services. Main duties of the job What you’ll bring: A Mental Nurse or RN (Mental Health) Degree or Equivalent professional qualification and experience in mental health care. Person specification Qualifications Registered Mental Nurse Leadership course at level 5 or above Experience Relevant clinical and operational experience in inpatient Mental health services. Experience at a senior management/Clinical level, collaborating and working to improve service delivery. Experience of managing budgets and finances at a service level. Experience in completing audits and preparing reports/action plans Experience of contributing at conferences and publications.
