Leading and motivating the care team to deliver exceptional standards of care.

Supporting young people in their daily lives, helping them to develop independence and confidence.

Promoting education, health, and emotional wellbeing, ensuring care is always child-centred.

Participating in activities, outings, and educational support to engage and inspire young people.

Maintaining accurate and professional records, reports, and communication logs.

Ensuring compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and safeguarding standards.

Taking part in household duties to maintain a warm, safe and homely environment.

Supporting and mentoring team members through supervision, guidance and training.

A minimum of 18 months’ experience in residential childcare or a similar setting.

A Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or working towards).

Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and support others.

A professional, caring, and resilient attitude with a genuine passion for youth development.

A full UK driving licence (essential, due to the nature of the role).

Why Join

This is more than just a job – it’s a chance to make a lasting impact on the lives of young people. As a valued member of the team, you’ll receive:

Competitive pay of £13.50 per hour.

£53 per sleep-in allowance.

Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
