Leisure Team Leader

Responsibilities Maintain smooth club operations and excellent member service. Lead and motivate teams to deliver superior customer service and seamless operations. Organise and manage key areas such as poolside and gym floor coaching. Support members in reaching their fitness goals and provide expert guidance. Collaborate with the Leisure Club Manager to align club activities with company standards. Promote a positive workplace culture and encourage personal and professional growth. Ensure all club activities comply with safety and quality standards. Implement and improve processes to increase operational efficiency. Serve as a role model for a customer‑first mindset. Encourage team members to develop their careers in the fast‑paced fitness industry. Qualifications Own your role and lead by example. A passion for leisure and fitness. Good knowledge and experience of leisure operations. Attention to detail and a drive to ensure the highest levels of member experience are consistently delivered.
