Job Summary 14‑month fixed‑term apprenticeship (HealthCare Support Worker Apprenticeship Standard). Working in the busy Maternity Unit at Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital. Main Duties Work with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high‑standard patient care. Provide direct care to maternity patients, assist parents with baby care, maintain hygiene, clean changing areas. Complete competency training – documentation, patient care procedures, bed and cot hygiene. Support babies and parents in a fast‑paced, demanding environment.
