Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer the Head of Digital & CRM will define and deliver Egis global digital marketing and client engagement strategy - building the platforms data insights and experiences that bring our brand to life and demonstrate our impact on the pipeline. You will lead the evolution of Egis digital ecosystem - from website and social media to marketing automation analytics and CRM - ensuring a seamless and measurable client journey. Working closely with Business Development IT and regional marketing teams youll embed a culture of digital excellence and data-driven decision making across the organisation. This is a strategic and hands‑on leadership role for someone who wants to build not just run a best-in‑class digital function creating the infrastructure tools and insights that will power Egis next chapter of growth. Key responsibilities Lead the strategic evolution of Egis digital client experience ensuring our digital presence reflects the innovation and sustainability values at the heart of our brand Define and deliver Egis global digital marketing strategy ensuring alignment with brand business and campaign priorities Lead the ongoing development performance and optimisation of Egis digital platforms including website social media SEO / SEM and marketing automation tools Drive the global rollout and adoption of CRM as a marketing and client engagement platform in partnership with Commercial and Business Development teams Establish clear KPIs dashboards and analytics frameworks to measure marketing effectiveness and contribution to the pipeline Champion an insight‑led digital‑first approach to campaign delivery and client engagement working closely with the Head of Thought Leadership & Campaigns Partner with IT and regional marketing teams to ensure technology integration governance GDPR compliance and data quality across platforms Manage external agencies martech vendors and internal digital resources to deliver high‑quality innovative digital experiences Build internal capability and promote best practice in digital marketing and CRM enablement across global and regional teams Qualifications 8 years experience in senior digital marketing roles ideally within engineering infrastructure professional services or other complex B2B environments Proven success driving digital transformation brand growth and measurable commercial results within complex multi-market organisations Track record of leading CRM enablement and martech adoption at scale Strong understanding of digital channels automation analytics SEO / SEM and data-driven marketing Commercially focused with the ability to connect digital activity to business development client engagement and revenue outcomes Experienced in matrixed global organisations comfortable influencing senior stakeholder Innovative collaborative and results‑oriented with strong leadership coaching and communication skills Additional Information We are committed to our planet In each project we design engineer and operate we care deeply about the legacy were leaving behind.
