Job Title: Site Manager - Facades & Stone MasonryLocation: Lincoln, UKSalary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum (depending on experience)PermanentAboutWe are working with a leading specialist in facades and stone masonry, who deliver high-quality craftsmanship across commercial, heritage, and residential projects throughout the UK. An increase in their pipeline of work means we are now seeking a dedicated Site Manager to oversee operations on their Lincoln site.Role OverviewAs Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Lincoln site, ensuring that all works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. You will coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain smooth site operations and uphold our commitment to quality and safety.Key ResponsibilitiesManage site activities and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and trades.Monitor project progress and report to the Project Manager.Ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications.Maintain site records, including daily logs and progress reports.Liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers.Conduct site inductions and toolbox talks.RequirementsProven experience as a Site Manager in construction, ideally with facades or stone masonry.SMSTS or SSSTS certification.CSCS card (Gold or Black preferred).Strong understanding of health & safety legislation.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.Full UK driving licence.BenefitsCompetitive salaryPension schemeOpportunities for career progression #J-18808-Ljbffr
