About The Role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional for an 18 month fixed-term role supporting us in delivering a consistent, efficient, and accessible approach to review management. This role will focus on analysing and documenting existing review processes, developing infrastructure and resources, and supporting the implementation of continuous improvement across reviews. You will map the review journey across methods, create standard operating procedures, guidance, and training, and develop a central resource hub to make review About You You'll have experience in process development and implementation, ideally within higher education or quality assurance. You're confident turning complex information into clear guidance and training, and you can manage projects with strong organisational and analytical skills. You work well independently and collaboratively, communicate effectively, and understand the importance of operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
