Role We’re hiring Enterprise Solutions Consultants (ESCs) to help bring some of the world’s largest institutions into the future of crypto finance. You’ll own the journey from onboarding to adoption, unlocking the full power of Cryptio’s enterprise‑grade back‑office platform. More than just implementation, you’ll be a trusted advisor and problem‑solver, guiding clients through complex fund flows, operational challenges, and integrations. What You’ll Do Lead onboarding and implementation for enterprise clients, from kick‑off to post‑go‑live support Understand each client’s business model and help configure Cryptio to fit their workflows Map fund flows and align our platform with their reporting and finance stack Drive adoption by making clients confident, trained, and autonomous by the end of implementation Act as a trusted advisor, anticipating client needs and guiding them through challenges Qualifications 2–4+ years of experience in consulting, ERP/enterprise software implementation, or financial services (Big 4 or fintech background a plus) Deep subject‑matter expertise in accounting, reconciliation, loans, and crypto concepts Experience in client‑facing roles, ideally onboarding or implementing enterprise software Understanding of financial workflows, accounting principles, and reporting systems Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and technical architecture Excellent communication with technical teams and executive stakeholders Consultative, problem‑solving mindset, thriving in multi‑stakeholder environments Benefits & Growth Work directly with some of the biggest names in stablecoins, DeFi, and banking, shaping institution adoption of crypto. Trusting advisor role, steering clients’ crypto finance journeys. Collaboration with Sales, Product, and Engineering to influence roadmap and improve implementation processes. Exposure to diverse business models: exchanges, custodians, wallets, foundations, miners, gaming companies, and more. Intense ramp‑up with mentorship, structured feedback, and supportive team.
