The opportunityWe’re Cryptio. We build infrastructure to bring financial integrity to the crypto economy. We’ve raised $26m from tier-1 investors (Point Nine, 1kx, Tim Draper, Alven, Ledger Cathay) and partner with clients like Circle, Uniswap, and the Government of El Salvador.We’re hiring Enterprise Solutions Consultants – trusted advisors who will help some of the world’s largest institutions, stablecoin issuers, and DeFi projects implement Cryptio’s enterprise-grade back-office platform.What you’ll doThis isn’t just project management. It’s about guiding clients through complexity and helping them adopt crypto at scale. You’ll work at the intersection of finance, technology, and operations - ensuring our customers see value quickly and sustainably.Lead onboarding and implementation for enterprise clients, from kick-off to post-go-live supportUnderstand each client’s business model and help configure Cryptio to fit their workflowsMap fund flows and align our platform with their reporting and finance stackDrive adoption by making clients confident, trained, and autonomous by the end of implementationAct as a trusted advisor, anticipating client needs and guiding them through challengesWe’re looking for someone whoHas 2–4+ years of experience in consulting, ERP/enterprise software implementation, or financial services (Big 4 or fintech background a plus)Brings deep subject matter expertise in accounting, reconciliation, loans, and crypto conceptsHas worked in client-facing roles, ideally onboarding or implementing enterprise softwareUnderstands financial workflows, accounting principles, and reporting systemsIs familiar with APIs, integrations, and technical architectureCommunicates equally well with technical teams and executive stakeholdersTakes a consultative, problem-solving approach and thrives in multi-stakeholder environmentsWhy you’ll love this roleYou’ll work directly with some of the biggest names in stablecoins, DeFi, and banking; shaping how institutions adopt crypto.You’ll be more than an implementer.
