Junior Legal PA - Boutique Law FirmWe are working with a highly regarded, international law firm specialising in the sports sector to recruit a Junior Legal PA. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team that advises some of the most high-profile clients in the industry.You will provide essential support to the Office Manager and Legal PA, assisting across a wide range of administrative and secretarial tasks. From managing documents and client onboarding to coordinating meetings, travel, and billing support, this role offers variety and the chance to get involved in ad hoc projects such as marketing initiatives and client eventsThis is an exciting permanent position based in a City of London location, full-time Monday-Friday position, paying a competitive salary up to £35,000The role requires 5 day in the office presence due to the nature of the work so we are looking for someone keen to be in the office and excited to have the exposureKey ResponsibilitiesDocument and file management, including archivingSupporting client onboarding and conflict checksAssisting with billing and expensesOrganising meetings, conferences, and travel arrangementsManaging databases, post, and switchboard callsOverseeing meeting room bookings and cateringOrdering supplies and supporting day-to-day operationsAbout You1 year minimum experience required as a Legal PA or administrative assistantStrong organisational skills and attention to detailConfident communicator with a positive, proactive attitudeAbility to prioritise and work under pressureProficient in Microsoft OfficeInterest in the sports sector is desirableFlexibility to occasionally work outside standard hoursWhy Apply?
