**Junior Executive PA**

Our client, a well-known specialist law firm with stunning offices based in the city are looking for a Junior Executive PA, to join their growing and successful team.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Multiple diary management and meeting coordination (including overseas)
- Typing, amending and proof-reading correspondence and documents using track-changes as required
- Arranging travel with itineraries and relevant Visas
- Arranging client meetings
- Liaising with clients
- Preparing, amending and updating documents
- Extensive billing
- Processing expenses
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations
- File management
- Assisting with business development administration
- Providing general administrative assistance to the wider department when required

**Management-related responsibilities to the Managing Partner**:

- Covering Minute taking at management related meetings as and when required
- Updating firm website with staff changes as and when necessary
- Organising firm socials
- Creating or amending marketing material: department brochures.
- Drafting and circulating meeting agendas.

This is a rare opportunity that offers a competitive salary, as well as lots of scope to progress. The firm also offers 2 days a week WFH.
