The role As Early Years Administrator you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining administrative and financial support for agreed projects and ensuring smooth communication with project users, staff and other key stakeholders. We’re looking for people who can... Hold 5 GCSEs, including Mathematics & English Language at Grade C or above (or equivalent). Have two years’ experience in an administration role, including responsibility for financial processes. Be proficient with Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Have a full current driving licence that allows driving in Northern Ireland/ROI and use of a vehicle for official purposes, or access to suitable transport. Hold a third‑level qualification or equivalent. As part of the application process, you must demonstrate how you meet these criteria and provide a copy of your CV. Shortlisting will be based on the information contained in the application form; candidates may also be shortlisted using desirable criteria if there are a large number of applications.
