Deliver Inspirational Customer Experiences as a Star Expert at Mercedes‑Benz of Croydon As a Star Expert, you will be the product ambassador for customers visiting our Croydon showroom. Your mission is to collaborate with the sales team to make every customer interaction memorable by providing insightful information about Mercedes‑Benz vehicles, technologies, and features, whilst ensuring every guest receives a warm, professional welcome. You will support customers throughout their journey with the sales advisor, from initial enquiry through to handover, building lasting relationships that reflect our commitment to excellence. Key Qualities and Skills Required for a Mercedes‑Benz Star Expert Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to engage and inspire customers. Passion for luxury automotive products and the latest technology, including electric vehicles and connected car features. Ability to convey technical information clearly and in a way that is tailored to each customer, regardless of their automotive knowledge. Highly organised with attention to detail, ensuring all inquiries and follow‑ups are handled promptly and accurately. Proficient IT and digital skills, with experience using CRM systems and online research tools. Enthusiastic team player, eager to contribute to a collaborative closely with the sales team and inclusive dealership environment. Previous experience in retail, hospitality, automotive, or technology sectors is desirable but not essential; training will be provided. Facilitate the new vehicle handover process, ensuring customers fully understand their vehicle’s features and benefits. Maintain the showroom’s professional standards, ensuring all display vehicles and information points are immaculate, informative, and aligned with Mercedes‑Benz brand values.
