Contract: 12 month fixed‑term (maternity cover) Type of role: Account management Level: Junior (1‑2 years) Salary: £30,716‑£34,556 per annum Start date: January‑February 2026 Restrictions: No visa sponsorship; applicant must be able to work in the UK. Deadline: Rolling Role Overview The Account Manager is responsible for managing and enhancing client relationships, overseeing account activities, and ensuring high‑quality service delivery. Duties include email management, partnership launches, impact reporting, lead qualification, campaign reviews and partnership renewals. Key Responsibilities (next 12 months) Relationship Management Email Management and Communications: Ensure timely, high‑quality email interactions with employers. Partnership Launch Sessions: Deliver launch sessions as contracted. Event Attendance: Attend and enhance relationships through applicable events. Monthly Meetings: Lead regular meetings with employers to discuss progress and strengthen partnerships. Data and Impact CRM Data Management: Maintain account details accurately and timely. Impact Reporting: Present updates and create key‑achievement impact reports at contracted frequency. Campaign Review Meetings: Conduct renewal reviews to assess past performance and discuss future opportunities. Event Management Community Events: Oversee and execute community events, ensuring successful delivery and positive participant experiences.
