Responsible to the Deputy Service Director - Inclusion, you will ensure Senior Education Leaders are well‑versed in project developments and that, at all stages, commissioning of provision is compliant with expectations in legislation and Department for Education policy. Who are we looking for? You will be passionate about working with a wide array of stakeholders to facilitate systemic changes aimed at improving outcomes for our children and young people. You will have excellent communication skills that enable you to quickly build relationships and trust with stakeholders and an ability to help individuals, teams and services to contribute effectively to the development of a new model of Alternative Education Provision. You will be a persuasive and engaging communicator to help contribute to making sense of and finding solutions in the context of a complex operating environment.
