Partnership Manager, Business Development - TikTok LIVE EU Responsibilities The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. Our focus is to continually champion and optimize TikTok LIVE through working with creators to ensure a creative, fun and safe space for all of our users. We are seeking a business development minded Partnership Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and securing partnerships with brands, IP holders, and large events organizers across Europe, turning them into exclusive opportunities for creators on TikTok LIVE. This role combines business development, relationship building, and cross-functional project management. You will work closely with Legal, Content, Campaign, and Product teams to bring high-impact partnerships to life. Identify, qualify, and secure strategic partnerships that support TikTok LIVE EU’s revenue and creator engagement objectives. Maintain a strong lead funnel through continuous outreach, research, and relationship building. Collaborate with cross-market teams to identify opportunities for shared or scalable EU-level partnerships. Share learnings and best practices across the LIVE EU organization through centralized documentation and debriefs. Contribute to the design of partnership reward tiers to engage different creator levels Monitor reward performance and creator feedback to refine future partnership direction. What Success Looks Like A consistent pipeline of high-quality partnerships leads. 1-2 major and 3-4 smaller signed partnerships per quarter. Positive feedback from creators and internal teams on reward attractiveness and delivery. Effective collaboration across Legal, Content, Campaign, and Product functions. Qualifications Minimum Qualification(s) Proven track record of negotiating and closing partnership or sponsorship deals. Experience in business development or partnerships within tech, media, entertainment, or sports industries. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to assess ROI and value exchange. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. High written and oral fluency in English and at least one other European language to support partnerships across the EU market. Preferred Qualification(s) 4+ years of experience in partnerships, sponsorships, or business development. Experience working with rights holders, event organizers, or premium brands.
