Business Development & Partnerships (Commission-Only) Commission-only, Independent Consultant / Self-Employed Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and well-connected Business Development & Partnerships Consultant to help expand our customer base and build strong industry partnerships. This role focuses on generating new business opportunities, onboarding partners, and driving revenue growth. There is no base salary — earnings are based entirely on commission, offering uncapped income potential for high performers. Key Responsibilities: Identify and acquire new clients for IT Support, Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Managed Services. Develop and onboard referral partners, resellers, and strategic alliances. Manage the full partnership development cycle: prospecting → pitching → onboarding. Work closely with Directors to create collaboration models and new market opportunities. Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects, partners, and opportunities. Attend virtual meetings, networking events, and industry groups to generate leads. Provide clear weekly updates on progress, leads, and closed deals. Represent the brand professionally and maintain long-term business relationships. Commission Structure: Earnings are based entirely on performance. Options may include: New Customer Acquisition 15–25% commission on the first 12 months of the service contract. Potential 10% renewal commission for long-term accounts (optional). Partnership / Referral Development 10–20% commission on revenue generated via partners you bring in. Bonus incentives for onboarding high-value or recurring partners. Product & License Margin Sharing For vendors such as Microsoft, AWS, Guardz, SentinelOne, etc. Share of gross margin on any partner or client you help onboard. The final commission structure is agreed based on the consultant’s network and experience. Ideal Candidate Profile: Proven experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Sales, or Channel Management. Existing network within tech, MSP, cybersecurity, cloud, or SME sectors is an advantage. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently. Ability to negotiate, present, and close opportunities confidently.
