We're looking for an experienced Automation Project Manager to lead a pivotal project: replacing manual communication processes with efficient, automated solutions.What You'll Be DoingAs the Automation Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of the full project lifecycle — from scoping and requirements gathering to implementation and delivery. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth and secure automation of communication processes across the business.Your key responsibilities will include:Project Leadership – Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.Solution Design & Delivery – Lead the design and deployment of automated communication systems using our existing platforms and suppliers.Business Analysis – Partner with business users to map out current manual workflows and translate them into clear automation requirements.Testing & QA – Oversee user acceptance testing and ensure robust quality assurance for all communication solutions.Stakeholder Engagement – Keep all relevant stakeholders informed with clear updates on progress, risks, and resolutions.What You BringTo succeed in this role, you'll need:A proven track record in project management, ideally with a focus on technology or process automation projects.Financial services industry experience, with a solid grasp of operational and regulatory frameworks.Hands-on experience in automated customer communication solutions, from design to delivery.Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering and end-user acceptance testing.Confidence using tools like MS Visio and familiarity with Salesforce CRM is a bonus.Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.Bonus Points ForExposure to data management within financial servicesWorking knowledge of hybrid working and cross-functional collaborationPassion for driving change and continuous improvementWhy Join Us?This is your opportunity to play a key role in a high-impact transformation project within a respected financial institution.
