**Description-**

As an Automation Tester, you will be focused on creation, maintenance and execution of automation tests as part of an increasingly agile delivery model. You will be accountable for the production of high quality software through collaboration and communicatewith other testers, developers, and team members to build automated technical solutions that meet customer needs.

**What will you be doing?-**
- Delivering End-to-End QA automation for Digital Investing Trading Platforms
- Creating and maintaining test ware - estimates, scenarios, cases and data for automation tests covering functional and non-functional scenarios
- Being responsible for authorship of test completion reports to required governance standards
- Raising and tracking of defects, liaising with Developers and business stakeholders on resolution
- Taking ownership of assigned user stories. Understanding project requirements and collaborating with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Architects
- Ensuring active participation in daily scrum calls providing updates and raising / highlighting impediments in a timely fashion

**What we're looking for-**
- In depth track record in Software Testing within the Finance / Trading industry
- Test Automation (preferably within a Java framework)
- Working knowledge of SQL - must have the ability to interrogate databases and integrate with Test suite
- Experience of continuous integration and source control systems (e.g. Jenkins, GIT)

**Skills that will help you in the role-**
- Working knowledge of Equity, Fixed Interest and Fund Trading platforms
- Experience with AWS technologies such as EC2 and RDS
- Working knowledge of Cypress Testing
