The successful candidate will be stationed at one of our four main hospital sites, contributing to the delivery of patient-focused, quality care.Key Responsibilities:Carry out the full range of duties as a highly specialist clinical pharmacist.Provide patient-focused pharmaceutical care, ensuring the responsible provision of medication to achieve definite outcomes that improve patients’ quality of life.Communicate effectively with patients to optimize their pharmaceutical management.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to design, implement, and monitor therapeutic plans to optimize health outcomes.Assist lead pharmacists in promoting high-quality, cost-effective, and safe prescribing.Provide pharmaceutical services within the specialist area of rotation and the associated hospital site.Participate in education and training for pharmacists within the pharmacy team at Barts Health.Assist in the provision and development of clinical pharmacy services within the organization.Qualifications and Experience:A qualified pharmacist with relevant experience in respiratory care.Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council.NHS Jobs is an equal opportunity employer.
