The successful applicant will play a crucial role in our cardiac care unit, demonstrating a collaborative and patient-centered approach. If you possess experience in cardiology and have a proven track record in managing level 2 or 3 critical care patients, we invite you to apply. ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the healthcare team to optimize medication therapy for cardiac patients in critical care.Provide pharmaceutical care and contribute to the multidisciplinary approach to patient management.Demonstrate a clear vision for the future of clinical pharmacy within the specialty.Ensure compliance with relevant guidelines and policies.Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical protocols and pathways. Qualifications and SkillsRegistered Pharmacist with relevant postgraduate qualifications.Extensive experience in cardiology and the management of level 2 or 3 critical care patients.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.Commitment to continuous professional development.Clear vision for the future of clinical pharmacy in cardiac care.
