What You'll Be Doing Hunting for new business: Identify and secure new clients, driving growth in key sectors. Owning your pipeline: Build, manage, and convert leads into long‑term partnerships. Winning deals: Deliver tailored pitches, negotiate contracts, and close sales. Being the face of the business: Build lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders. Collaborating for success: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client onboarding. What You'll Bring 5+ years experience in B2B sales, ideally in fire, security, or electrical systems. Strong technical quoting or estimating experience. Deep knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations. A solid track record of hitting or smashing targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Highly self‑motivated, organized, and great at working independently. Nice to Have Degree in Business, Engineering, or similar. Experience in social housing, healthcare, or hospitality sectors.
