This strategic role requires a blend of technical acumen, customer insight, and a deep understanding of integration ecosystems. Responsibilities Define and execute the product vision and strategy for the Flexera platform's analytics strategy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, marketing, and support to drive product development and go-to-market strategies. Conduct market research to validate customer needs and ensure our integrations deliver compelling value propositions. Develop user stories, define requirements, and prioritize the backlog to align with customer expectations and business goals. Work closely with the development team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features. Establish and monitor KPIs to assess integration performance and inform product decisions. Serve as the subject matter expert for the Flexera and data analytics, providing guidance and thought leadership both internally and externally. Engage with customers and partners to gather feedback, refine product strategy, and identify new opportunities. Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends, competition, and ServiceNow updates that may impact our integration capabilities. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field. 7+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of delivering successful integrations, preferably in SaaS or cloud-based environments. Strong technical background with the ability to engage with engineers on detailed technical discussions. Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority. Experience in agile development environments and familiarity with product management tools and methodologies. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges. Willingness to travel and engage with customers, partners, and internal teams globally.
