**Senior Marketing Manager**: Reporting to the Managing Directors you will be instrumental in supporting this company with its exciting growth plans. This is a great opportunity as a newly formed role to make this position your own, developthe long-term marketing strategy, unify the brand, and grow market share as well as get to be hands-on in your approach.

**Responsibilities for Senior Marketing Manager include** A hands on marketing leader to support with marketing strategy and execution of full mix marketing to retail and commercial partners.
- Develop Marketing strategy reporting to the Managing Director
- Brand strategy to unify brands within the group
- Drive lead generation across the full mix of marketing channels to support retail and commercial partners - POS, Events, digital, media and advertising.
- Manage a small team of Merchandising assistants and Marketing Executive
- Develop instore marking material
- Support NPD, launch and lifecycle
- Define and manage marketing budget
- Mange and brief external agencies
- Measure KPIs

With Manufacturingand distributions sites scattered around the UK and Ireland under several brands, this is a great opportunity to unify the brand and take marketing to the next level of growth in this newly appointed role.

**Requirements for the Senior Marketing Manager role**:

- B2B/C Marketing Manager
- Experience in Brand strategy and lead-generating marketing.
- Team development

**Benefits of the Senior Marketing Manager role**:

- £45,000-£60,000
- Hybrid working (1 or 2 days in office - near Preston)

**Location**: The position of **Senior Marketing Manager** is based near Dartford Our client is a hybrid working model which will likely be 2 days in office (certainly in first few months whilst understanding needs, the direction of company).
