This position involves supporting the management team in supervising staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, maintaining high-quality care for children, and fostering positive relationships with parents and other stakeholders. You will be a team player with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. Essential Criteria : As a Senior Lead Practitioner, you will need to be level 3 qualified or above in correlation to the government guidelines. This role is great for anybody who is a current Qualified Practitioner, and is looking for their next opportunity in the Early Years industry.
