You will ensure flawless execution, on‑time delivery and contract adherence. You will coordinate job activities to ensure execution in line with customer expectations and contract terms and conditions.As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for -Applying Health, Safety and Environment standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintainedConducting all activities in line with our non‑negotiables, applicable processes and cultural pillarsPlanning, coordinating and monitoring all job activities for our business in UK, Germany and other Europe countriesHandling the scheduling and dispatching of resources in line with job requirements to provide effective supportManaging client relationships through being the primary contact for job preparation, execution and close outEnsuring prompt escalation of issues that can impact service delivery to ensure delivery of clients objectivesDrive sales through bits and BHA optimizationsMaintaining complete and current knowledge of the product status including future use and needs of the customerManaging the activities of supporting organizations to ensure that technical and business problems are resolvedBe self‑independent and lease with international teams to gather the equipment neededTo be successful in this role you will:Have a Bachelors' degree or High School Diploma with relevant experienceDeep knowledge and understanding of rig operationsDrill bits technical knowledge and optimization through analytical analysisHave a proven experience in Drill bitsDemonstrate a track record of operation performance success through optimizationHeld in presence customer daily drilling meetingDemonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others and lead teamsHave the ability to manage multiple project and deadlinesBe successful at building relationships and collaborating to resolve problems.Have knowledge of the Drill Bits industry, its competitors, products, markets, key players and customers in the area is a plusWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
