YOUR ROLE As a Senior Consultant, you will: Design and implement next‑generation HR Target Operating Models, and Shared Services of the Future. Support HR technology implementations (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Oracle). Leverage Agentic AI and automation to optimise HR processes and decision‑making. Create Experience Layers that deliver intuitive, personalized employee interactions across digital platforms. Facilitate workshops using Design Thinking and Employee Journey Mapping to reimagine HR experiences. As part of your role you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the business and your own personal growth, through activities that form part of the following categories: Business Development – Leading/contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, client hosting at events. Internal contribution – Campaign development, internal think‑tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offering development. Learning & development – Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications etc. YOUR PROFILE Experience working on shared services, HR Target Operating Models (TOM), and HR process optimisation. Strong understanding of HR technologies, AI applications, and employee experience design. Proficiency in system implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering to post‑go‑live support. Proven ability to manage stakeholders and deliver complex HR programs in a consulting environment. Familiarity with ERP/HRIS platforms and process optimisation.
