This isnt about incremental change; its about designing the HR function of tomorrow.At Version 1 youll: Lead strategic transformation programmes that redefine how HR operates at scale Partner with global brands helping them modernise processes technology and employee experience Advise on market-leading HR technologies including Oracle HCM Cloud Workday and SuccessFactors Shape future-state operating models drive digital HR adoption and influence enterprise strategy Enjoy real autonomy trust and the opportunity to make visible impact Be supported with certifications a clear career pathway and a culture that invests in your growth Work in a values-driven consultancy recognised as one of the Best Workplaces in the UK & IrelandThis is a role for ambitious strategic thinkerspeople who bring both HR expertise and consulting leadership and who want their work to matter.If youre ready to take ownership of transformation programmes that challenge you elevate your career and position you as a trusted advisor to senior leaders then Version 1 is the place where youll thrive.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Advisory & DesignYou will:Partner with clients to define HR transformation strategies target operating models and multi-year roadmaps.Conduct current-state assessments and identify opportunities for process optimisation automation and digital enhancement.Design future-state HR processes and frameworks aligned with best practice and organisationalobjectives.Technology EnablementYou will:Advise on leading HR technology solutions (e.g. Oracle HCM Cloud Workday SAP SuccessFactors) and their role within transformation programmes.Lead and support solution design workshops ensuring business requirements are accurately translated into technology solutions.Project DeliveryYou will:Lead major workstreams or functional tracks within large-scale HR transformation programmes.Work closely with programme and project managers to define delivery plans milestones risks and resource needs.Facilitate stakeholder workshops manage decision-making forums and oversee change impact assessments.Change Management & AdoptionYou will:Develop and execute change management strategies that drive adoption and behavioural change across the organisation.Create clear and engaging communication training and readiness plans to support effective implementation.Team Leadership & MentoringYou will:Provide leadership coaching and quality assurance to junior consultants and analysts.Contribute to internal knowledge development best-practice collateral and methodology improvements.Qualifications : Required Skills & ExperienceYou will have:Extensive experience delivering HR transformation initiatives including process redesign and technology-enabled change.Strong understanding of HR operating models shared services structures and global HR process frameworks.Familiarity with leading HR technology platforms (with Oracle HCM Cloud strongly preferred).Excellent stakeholder management facilitation and communication skills at senior levels.Proven ability to deliver in complex fast-paced and multi-stakeholder environments.Preferred QualificationsYou will have:Prior consulting or advisory experience within HR transformation programmes.Certifications in HR technology platforms or recognised change management methodologies.Experience supporting or leading global HR transformation initiatives.Additional Information : Why Version 1 Strong career progression & mentorship through our Strength in Balance and leadership programmes including quarterly Pathways Career Development reviews.
