OverviewHR Advisor – 40 hours. Based at our Head Office in Stockport. Permanent full-time contract, Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm.The HR Advisor RoleProvide HR support and guidance to managers and staff at our shops and Head OfficeProvide timely and appropriate advice and guidance with regards to disciplinary, grievance, absence management and employee welfareConduct both formal and informal meetings by telephone, video call or in personFollow and maintain company policies and proceduresCarry out day to day HR administrative dutiesThe HR Advisor Role EssentialsHR experience gained in a similar environment and ideally a multi-sited organisationA good knowledge and use of employment law and HR processesAbility to communicate clearly and articulately both verbally and in writingWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office and confident keyboard skillsAbility to work hands on in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlinesOrganised with a competence to prioritise own workloadOccasional travel will be requiredThe BenefitsFull time contract28 days holiday a year and after 5 years youll receive 33 days a year (including 8 Bank Holidays)Monthly pay, straight into your bank accountStaff discount on your WJ jewellery purchasesGood transport linksFree on-site parking and cycle park.We look forward to hearing from friendly, enthusiastic applicants with the necessary skills who have a care and attention to detail approach. click below to apply LNKD1_UKTJ #J-18808-Ljbffr
