Join our HR team and you’ll become part of a growing business. You will develop your consultancy skills supporting our HR clients by providing advice and support with recruitment, T&C’s, contracts, attendance, discipline, performance. and much more

You will also get the chance to get involved in the 'nicer’ side of HR including, training, development, behavioural profiling (DISC), design and implementation of systems and processes.

To be 'the one’ for us,

**You will have/be**:
Previous experience of working as an HR Advisor within a business, or on a consultancy basis.
- Be CIPD qualified (level 5 as a minimum).
- Experience of providing advice and support to managers and/or clients, on employee relation issues throughout the employment lifecycle. This would include (but not limited to): absence management, performance management, disciplinary and grievances.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Able to work quickly and efficiently under pressure.
- Strong planning, organising and prioritisation skills with calendar management.
- Experience of using all other Microsoft Office packages.
- Passionate about client care.
- A professional and courteous but friendly manner when liaising with our clients.
- A fantastic multi tasker.
- Team focused - willing to dive in and do whatever it takes to achieve team goals.

**You will be required to**:

- Attend client offices and act as their HR point of contact.
- Build strong relationships with clients.
- Support clients with all HR related matters, providing comprehensive and commercial advice.
- Keep up to date with Employment Law.
- Assist the HR team in the delivery of an efficient and effective HR service.
- Support clients to deliver people policies - coaching and training as necessary.
- Create initiatives to support engagement, retention and culture.
