Responsibilities include: Building genuine relationships with new and returning customers who share a love for travel and adventure Guiding clients through every step of their journey, from first enquiry to final booking with warmth, professionalism, and expertise Utilising the CRM system to manage your pipeline Reconnecting with customers, following up on leads, and uncovering new opportunities Collaborating with marketing teams to refine lead quality and drive new business Tracking performance metrics, ensuring accuracy, and staying focused on results Candidate requirements: Motivated by results and takes pride in offering a premium, consultative sales experience Excellent listener, engaging, and can inspire trust Demonstrable experience of delivering results and hitting targets Equally comfortable picking up the phone as nurturing long‑term relationships A confident communicator with natural rapport‑building skills Driven by goals and energised by success Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities A problem solver who enjoys helping customers Experience in premium travel, luxury property, or prestigious automotive sales is desirable CRM experience (HubSpot preferred) A background in coaching or mentoring others is advantageous If this sounds of interest, please send your CV in Word format, quoting reference 33400/LT/ED detailing your current remuneration package and availability.
