Managing Director – Power Projects (132kV) Base Salary: £130,000 + Package
Our client is seeking an experienced Managing Director to lead a dedicated business unit specialising in the delivery of 132kV power projects. If you are motivated by challenge, responsibility, and the opportunity to shape a business unit within a supportive group, we would like to hear from you.

Lead, develop, and inspire a multidisciplinary team to deliver complex power projects safely, on time, and within budget.
Oversee all aspects of business unit performance, including commercial, operational, and financial outcomes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and supply chain partners to ensure successful project delivery and repeat business.
Champion a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement across all activities.
Proven track record in managing large-scale power construction projects at 132kV or above, with a deep understanding of the UK energy infrastructure sector.
Strong commercial acumen and experience in P&L responsibility, business development, and contract negotiation.
