The demand is already there, we now need someone with exceptional ability to drive, shape and scale up our Business Intelligence reporting to build our capacity to meet the demand. What is the role? As a Senior Specialist in Data Analytics, you'll play a pivotal role in our mission‑driven journey. Responsibilities Provide quality assurance of imported data. Commission and decommission data sets. Manage and design the reporting environment, including data sources. Troubleshoot the reporting database environment and reports. Train end-users on new reports and dashboards. Apply tools and techniques for data analysis and data visualization (including the use of business intelligence tools). Identify, collect, and migrate data to and from a range of systems. Manage, clean, abstract, and aggregate data alongside a range of analytical studies on that data. Manipulate and link different data sets. Summarise and present data and conclusions in the most appropriate format for users. Experience in data quality assurance and validation. Proficiency in data visualization. Application of statistical methods and analysis of a range of data sets. Effective skills in accuracy and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication. Presentation skills to a range of audiences. Critical thinking and problem-solving. Ability to establish priorities.
