Weve helped ambitious brands grow faster smarter and globally.The RoleThe Growth Lead (Vertical Expansion) will be responsible for identifying validating and launching new business verticals that drive revenue diversification and sustainable growth. This person will act as the glue between the sales marketing and product teams ensuring a seamless go-to-market (GTM) strategy and effective end-to-end funnel management.They will combine commercial acumen strategic thinking and analytical rigor to uncover high-potential opportunities build data-driven business cases and optimise performance post-launch.Key ResponsibilitiesVertical Identification & ResearchConduct in-depth market research to identify size and prioritise potential new verticals based on market trends competitive landscape and internal capabilities.Develop business cases for each vertical including the constant refinement of a scoring matrix to help identify and prioritise opportunitiesCollaborate with leadership to align new vertical opportunities with overall company strategy.Conduct comprehensive competitor research to better understand the landscape addressable market of clients marketing angles / channels etc.Go-to-Market Planning & ExecutionCoordinate cross-functional launch initiatives across marketing sales product and operations.Define clear launch milestones deliverables and performance metrics for each new vertical.Develop positioning and messaging frameworks tailored to each vertical.Ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and sales enablement materials.Funnel Ownership & OptimisationOwn the end-to-end customer acquisition strategy for new verticals from top of the funnel to conversion to retention.Collaborate with marketing to generate demand and with sales to ensure high lead performance and feedback loops.Analyse funnel performance data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for conversion optimisation.Implement A / B testing and performance tracking frameworks to drive continuous improvement.Commercial Strategy & Growth AnalyticsPartner with finance and data teams to monitor performance metrics ROI and cost-to-acquire (CAC) vs. lifetime value (LTV).Use insights from data to inform pricing marketing allocation and targeting strategies.Regularly report performance and learnings to senior leadership recommending next steps for scaling or pivoting verticals.Cross-Functional LeadershipServe as the central coordinator between sales marketing and product to ensure synchronised execution.Facilitate communication loops that ensure strategic alignment and knowledge sharing.Act as a mini-GM for each new vertical balancing strategic oversight with hands-on execution.About You4 years of experience in growth strategy or commercial roles in the affiliate marketing space.Proven experience launching or scaling new markets or products.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data analysis and business case modeling.Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills.A self-starter that can take the initiative perform under pressure and is not phased by uncertainty or a lack of clarity.Commercial mindset with ability to balance strategic vision and operational execution.Comfortable in a fast-paced environmentLast but not least youll have no egoWhat Youll GetCompetitive Base SalaryCompany Bonus SchemePrivate Health Care (Bupa)Travel InsuranceMarket Leading Training ProgrammeRecognition & Reward SchemeAnnual Company Conference (previous destinations Vienna Bologna Dubrovnik and Thessaloniki)Regular Happy Hour / Team LunchesFree Coffee Drinks & SnacksWhats the next stepOur hiring process ensures were recruiting the right people for the role.
