We are seeking an Interim Head of Sales to lead commercial operations for a Tier 1 automotive supplier. You’ll manage OEM relationships, pricing strategy and new business development across EV platforms. This is a hybrid contract role. Key Responsibilities Own customer relationships with major OEMs (JLR, Nissan, VW). Lead pricing negotiations and contract renewals. Drive new business pipeline and RFQ responses. Align sales strategy with engineering and supply chain. Requirements 8+ years in automotive sales leadership. Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills. Experience with EV components or lightweight materials. Willingness to travel to customer sites.
