We're looking for a Reception Supervisor to ensure the smooth operation of our front desk and provide excellent customer service to our guests. What You'll Do: Lead with Excellence: Manage and supervise the daily operations of the hotel reception, ensuring high standards are consistently met. Inspire & Support: Provide guidance and support to the reception team, ensuring they are trained and motivated to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Coordinate Seamlessly: Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences, including room reservations, housekeeping, and maintenance. Resolve with Care: Handle guest complaints and inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally. Optimize Operations: Monitor occupancy levels and revenue, adjusting staffing levels accordingly to meet demand. Ensure Accuracy: Oversee accurate billing and payment procedures, maintaining financial integrity. Manage Reputation: Monitor and manage the hotel's online reputation by responding to guest reviews and feedback. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks. Knowledge of hotel reservation and management systems. Excellent problem-solving skills. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
