Business Development Representative OTE (On-Target Earning)

We are currently expanding our reach and are looking for dynamic Business Development Representatives to help us grow our network of merchant partners in London. This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking team and play a crucial role in the growth of Redeemo.
As a Business Development Representative for Redeemo, your primary responsibility will be to identify and onboard new businesses to our platform.
This involves:
- Identify and engage potential partners, explaining the array of benefits Redeemo offers.
- Be the face of Redeemo, embodying our values and mission to enhance local commerce.
- Assisting businesses through the onboarding process.
- Ensuring each business meets Redeemo's criteria and standards.
- Use your local knowledge and networking skills to build a stronger community of businesses.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A keen interest in sales and business development.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of the local business landscape, particularly in the food and drinks sector.
- Commitment to meeting a minimum target of onboarding 5 businesses per month.
- Strong organisational skills and a results-driven mindset.
- Basic tech-savviness to navigate our digital platform and assist partners with any technical queries.
Commission Structure
- This role operates on a commission-based structure.
- You will earn £25 for each business you successfully onboard to the Redeemo platform.
- The more businesses you onboard, the more you earn.
