Our client has needs such as autism and challenging behaviour. This role offers a unique opportunity to help our young client thrive both at home and in the community. All of the shifts are double up shifts (two support workers on shift together). We are looking for a driver with a car, to enable the client to access the community. Your Key Responsibilities Support the client with personal care, medication, and daily activities. Supporting the client with moving and handling Provide guidance in managing challenging behaviors and build a trusting, positive rapport. Drive the client to exciting community outings Work alongside another support worker during each shift for team-based support What We Offer Competitive Pay: Up to £14 per hour (depending on experience) Training & Development: Full specialist training course, shadow shifts, and ongoing support from our Clinical Care Manager.
